Servers BL460Gen10, SPP 2019.03.01, Oneview 5.0 and OneView for vCenter 9.4.0, vSphere 6.7 U3
Error appears in the vcsa - Select Cluster - Monitor - HPE Server Hardware:
Error while retrieving proactive_ha data for selected cluster ...
(Proactive HA is Turned ON successful in the configure, Hypervisor Cluster was importing to the OneView )

SolutionThis could be a known issue. The P-HA APIs are only available to Admin users. Try logging in to vSphere as Adinistrator and try again. This will be fixed in a future release. Note: P-HA does not require the cluster to be imported into OneView. It does not rely on OneView cluster managment features.

Really, it worked only under the account Administrator@vsphere.local, although my account is a member of the administrators group vsphere.
