Is OneView supported by a live or cold migration (vmotion) to another host?

Yes, HP OneView can be migrated either by Vmware vMotion or Microsoft Hyper-V Live Migration.  Destination host should not be a BL server that contains VC Interconnects that HP OneView manages.
