I'm new to OneView and I'll soon be tasked with updating firmware on hosts using OneView. Right now all the hosts are basically just listed in a single view. All are ESXi hosts and are part of multiple different clusters in vSphere. I suspect at some point I'll want to consider using the vSphere plugin, but for right now it seems like it would make sense to have them at least in logical groupings that match their cluster membership in vSphere. Am I on the right track and if so, how would I go about doing this?
Thank you

SolutionHi RHaines,
As of now there is no auto Firmware update from the OV, we have to create a profile with baseline of firmware.
Once the Profile is assigned to the server, all the specific components in the Standard SPP or Custom SPP will be updated.
But the profile creation or assignment is manual process.

While HPE OneView doesn't inherently group hosts by vSphere clusters, you can achieve a similar structure using the HPE OneView for VMware vCenter (OV4VC) plugin
