Can't update Oneview to 5.00.02

Hello,

We are running Oneview v4.20.03-0418819 and we tried to update to v5.00.02 but we can't because:
"Issue: The update image HPE_OneView_5.00.00.02_Update_Z7550-96791.bin is not compatible with the appliance platform and will be deleted."

Anyone have any ideas?!! 

We are tried with below images but without success (the same resault --> not compatible with the appliance platoform):
HPE_OneView_5.00.00.02_Update_Z7550-96791.bin
HPE_OneView_5.00.02_update_Z7550-96807.bin

There is no immediately obvious reason why you shouldn't be able to update from 4.20.03 to 5.00.02, you may need to contact support with an appliance dump.    Unless, as the message says, you simply have the wrong file for the wrong platform (virtual, synergy, composer2)

You are not using the Synergy images.. ..they have "Composer" in the filename.

Composer 5.00.02 & Image Streamer 5.00.01

HPE_Synergy_Composer_5.00.02_UPDATE_Z7550-96809.bin for example.  Easily recognizable.
