Hi everybody,
I want to configure remote support on Synergy 12000.
Oneview version is 6.1.
I opened port 443\HTTPS on the firewall to HPE Center api.hpe.support.com.
But it shows "unable to establish a connection to HPE"
How is check connection from oneview synergy to HPE center by command line?
Thanks

SolutionDo you also need to configure a web proxy, not just firewall? As for troubleshooting from OneView, you can go to Settings -> Networking -> Actions -> Ping and try to ping the API endpoint OVRS needs, which is api.support.hpe.com. If you are still unable to get this working, I would suggest collecting an appliance support dump, and then opening a support case for a support engineer to assist further.

Re: Check Remote Support on Synergy12000
Thanks Mr. ChrisLynch.
I tried pinging and it worked.
My problem is not setting up DNS server for oneview.
But in the oneview user guide, I don't see any mention of this issue.
