Configure OneView Firmware --> Updates
Hi all!
Trying to configure the HPE OneView Firmware --> Update to recieve update notification inside OneView.
But when I try enable it OneView give me the following error message:
Is this because of problem to reach the two servers https://midway.ext.hpe.com and https://app.computeupdate.cloud.hpe.com or is it internal server error as the error says?
I have tried with 6.30 and 6.50.

I will look into the error code you provided in the sccreenshot. However, have you validated if your network requires a web proxy to be configured? Have you conifgured that on your appliance if so?

Hi!
Thansk for quick reply. According to customer it should be open from inside to Internet.
I have also another customer that got the exactly the same error code.
1:st cust: Synergy OneView 6.3 and later 6.5. Same error on both.
2:nd cust: OneView 6.3 for VM. I have given the URL:s to cust so he can check if it blocked in the firewall.
