Deleted Nodes showing as unlicensed

Hi,

We are running Oneview 6.00.01.

I have deleted 3 decommissioned nodes but am now seeing we are out of compliance under Oneview Licensing (3 servers unlicensed) when I run Get-ovlicense -state "unlicensed" the 3 deleted servers are listed.

How do I get rid of these so OneView doesn't show licensing non-compliance?

Please open a support case. If the server nodes are removed, then they should have been cleaned up within the database and are likely not.

Hi Chris,

Still have this issue and support have been sitting on the call for weeks saying they need to work out how to manually edit the database - very frustrating.

BTW - one of the decommissioned servers has now been redeployed in another country with a new name/ip and all the activity history for the original name now shows up in OneView under the new name ....

Hi Chris,

Had a call with Pradeep earlier today and he provided a script that cleaned up the ghost entries and OneView Licensing now shows we are in compliance.
