Error checking for updates

Hi All

I'm running one Oneview Appliance Version 7.10.00-0464465 and when I try to get updates for SPP, i got following error:

Connect to HPE software depot.
No new updates available.
Remove updates no longer supported or applicable.

Issue

Unable to remove the following updates: Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.03.2, Gen9 Service Pack for ProLiant GEN9.2021.10.0, Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.09.2, Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant 2021.10.0. (CDS_037)
Resolution

Visit the listed resources and examine the task results and follow the resolution steps listed there.

I'm guessing you tried more than once?  If not, run it manually to see if that cleans it up.  But wait, is that last error message showing from March 21st?

Has been failing since march, and running again don't solve the issue

Ok, suggest opening a support case as not a known issue and not seen in the lab.

Run into the same error on our old version of oneview 6.6 tryinf to remove an old SPP

"Issue Unable to remove the following updates: Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant 2023.03.00.00. (CDS_037)

Resolution

Visit the listed resources and examine the task results and follow the resolution steps listed there."


No idea where this is located as there is no matching FIrmware Bundle listed.
