Is there any way to export all OneView appliance settings to an XML or JSON file?

Alternatively, is there a way to extract this information from an appliance backup (.bkp) file for viewing?

Ultimately, I need a consolidated list of all configurable OneView appliance settings. - This is not meant to be a backup, but rather a readable list for internal documentation
