Failed disk alerts are clearing themselves?

We have noticed that OneView noticed a faile disk on a server, it then emailed our, but i can see that oneview then clears the error. Any idea why this has cleared? As people that see the alert just see that OneView has cleared it and they think the disk issue is now resolved. which is not the case

 

as you can see in the screen shot below, it cleared 10 mins later. why is that?

The alert was cleared on 14/09/22 12:11:05.  What is in the activity log at that time?  The (original) failed alert is coming from the iLO and usually the clearing of the alert comes from an additional alert from the iLO indicating it is now ok.

An alert can be auto cleared when the iLO sends a status change indicating OK. Either because it was physically fixed or a flapping condition is happening.
However, there was an old bug with OneView Remote Support inadvertently clearing a drive alert when it was opening a support case. Can you tell us what version of OneView you have in this environment?

We are runnijg version 6.6

Please note the disks were still shpwing as failed in the ilo. So it wasnt that they were flapping. Ill have to chexk the activity around thr same time, to ser if i can see another reason. Unless you tell me that bug was on 6.6

I checked, and there is nothing else showing around the same time in activity on that server for why it would clear the ticket?

I'm running version - 6.60.00-0455762
