Firewall FQDN/port for Oneview remote support

Hello All,

While selecting Remote support ,getting Unable to establish connection to HPE.

Which fqdn/port required to open in the firewall to enable oneview remote support.

Don't having proxy , and required extact IP/FQDN with port.

I see Port outbound 443 in the user guide , but not sure about HP site.

I see from IRS documentation FQDN as  api.support.hpe.com ,please help

Yes, the FQDN hostname to allow is what you found in the IRS Support Documentation, api.support.hpe.com.
