Hardware Warning "The port map, virtual identifier, ..."

I have scanned some Gen9 hardware and am getting the following warning:

The port map, virtual identifier, or server location information may not be up-to-date in the iLO

I have attempted to run virtual reseat the blade through the OA, the warning did not go away. Then attempted to physically reseat the blade and it still shows the error. How can we get fix this error?

Can you provide he firmware version of your iLO and if you have any Emulex-based adapter (aka 650flb for Gen 9) installed? What server model? We also need to know what version of OneView.

Hardware: BL460c Gen9
iLO version: 2.30
NIC Hardware: 536FLB/534M (Broadcom)

I was geting quite a lot of these, the easiest fix that i found was to perform an ilo reset, Once restarted refresh the device from Oneview, error gone.
