How can IPMI v2.0 be disabled to address CVE-2013-4786?

I’ve seen in some forums that IPMI needs to be disabled from Administration → Access Settings. However, I don’t have the "Access Settings" option under Administration. I’m using iLO 3.11 (released on February 25, 2025).
