I've recently upgraded to oneview 6, and i'm now getting alot of alerts like the following
The support identifier, product number, and serial number combination did not match any active support contracts or warranty for this device. (RSDV_251S)
Some of our older kit is no longer on HPE support, and we have a 3rd party that supports it, which is why you have no record of the warranty. Is there a way i can disable these alerts, as currently i recieve a shed loads of these probably once a week.
Thanks

SolutionThis was a change in logic within OneView Remote Support in the OneView 6.0 release. We are fixing the alert by suppressing it in our next OneView release. We are close to that release. Once it is available I will reply to this thread.

I can see version 6.1 is now available to download. No mention of this fix. Do you know if it is in this version?

Yes, OneView 6.1 addresses this issue.

Re: How to disable (RSDV_251S) (no active suport)
Hello Chris,
We have just updated version 6.2. Is there anything that needs to be changed/applied in order to disable these alerts?
Thank you,
Jack
