How to use just iLO advanced under Oneview license

Hi, Our customer has bought 3 DL servers and 3 of these licenses (HPE 4Y FC 24x7 One View w/ iLo SVC) were delivered BTO in letter (not cofigured in factory). Now, that we found out our customer is not using Oneview and just want to use iLO for remote management. In this case, is it possible to just activate the iLO in its management page by putting 25 characters of iLO license key or do we need to setup Oneview environment first to use iLO? We will retrieve the Oneview license key from mylicensing webpage and we were informed that, at the end of Oneview license key, there is 25 separate undersocre characters which is for iLO licensing. Is this correct?

This licence also contains iLo licence. You can go ahead and configure your iLO. OneView is not required for this activation.

You can check the product key by logging into the HPE licencing portal.
