Trying to Set Up HPE OneView to 'Update contract and warrany" information for Servers

Worked with Networking Team to open Port 443 bidirectional from our HPE OneView Server to api.support.hpe.com

Having issues - Looks like the outgoing IP Address and Incoming IP Address are different, so the firewall rules block the trafic coming back

Has anyone else been able to get things set up to allow Update contract and warrany to work

Do we need to set up

Resolution

Validate you entered the correct data and properly configured the proxy. If the problem persists, contact your authorized support representative and provide them with a support dump.

Hi,

Error looks a generic one, which occurrs due to network issues.

Have you tried rebooting the OneView server?
Did you try to ping from this machine to the other and vice versa?
