we've lost the Administrator password  for the UI webpage HPEOV4VC 8.0 

is there any recovery procedure ?

However to reset HPE OV password you have log a support ticket with HPE support team. There is no way to reset the password from UI web console.

In our case, our support contract for One view is expired

so, we'll be not able to open a case for that product.

any other recommendations?

To reset OneView password there is no other option available apart from maintenance console mode. 

And for maintenance console mode you need authorization code which is provided by authorized support representative.

Hence contact to HPE support team for further assistance.
