Increase Public Key size to RSA4096 in certificate signing request

In alignment with our company Security Policy and Standards it is mandatory for all certificates to adopt the 4096-bit key size, so  is there a possibility to create a CSR with 4096 key length, also ILO 4 certificates which support 4096bit rsa public key? If not yet supported, any work-around for that ?

Thanks in advance

FYi,

Yes, iLO 5 supports creating CSRs with a 4096-bit key size, but iLO 4 has limitations regarding key length. So iLO 4 does NOT support 4096-bit key lengths for CSRs and it only supports 2048-bit keys.

Hello @Mr_Techie,

Thanks for your answer. So it means no way to solve issue for ProLiant DL380p Gen8 ILO4 as it cannot upgrade  HP Gen8 from iLo 4 to 5. Please can you confirm if any possible solution ?
