Make email filters easier for end user to prevent unwanted alerts

It would be helpful if optionally in the body of an email sent with an alert email filter that the email includes something similar to the following:

Sent with <name> alert email filter

and then had the ability to show an exaple of the same email filter excluding the specific resource or alert type that triggered the email in the first place.

Example would be a link in the email to <unsubscribe messages like this in the future> and then have further presuggested examples of the current alert email filter but modified to exclude alerts to this specific resource or alert sub type.  This would make it easy for people who are getting unwanted emails to figure out the appropriate alert email filter to prevent these emails.
