OneView 7.10 DCS Simulator - DCS not running/can't add resources

OneView 7.10 DCS Simulator - DCS not running/can't add resources

Hello all,

I managed to install latest OneView demonstration Appliance (HPE_OV_DCS_7.10_Virtual_ApplianceHyper_V_Z7550-97400) on my laptop.
All good, appliance is running but can't add any ressources.

I've checked the DCS schematics (https://[appliance]/dcs-status) and it say: "DCS Status: DCS is not running"
Unfortunately, the installation guide doesn't state anything about how to start/stop it.

Did i miss something ?

Any guidance will be very much appreciated.
