OneView for vCenter 8.1 error when adding HPE Store Vitual VSA

OneView for vCenter 8.1  error when adding HPE Store Vitual VSA error message " unable to retrieve certifcate" Have anyone ran into this issue?

We went through quite a bit of this and how to fix most of the problems. If these actions do not work, let me know.
