OneView for vcenter server 3par can't connect

Hi all. I just install OneView for vcenter 9.2 and connect my vcenter 6.5u2. I want connect my two 3par " 3.3.1.410 (MU2)" but i receive this error: 

 Unable to connect to the storage system.
Unable to connect to storage system 10.31.90.47. Verify that the correct credentials are used and check the connectivity between the appliance and storage system.

I try to restart cim service but not resolve issue.

I had wsapi service stopped. After start this one i can connect my 3par from oneview.
