OneView for VMware vCenter - Certificate issue - 11.7

Hello,

 

I am following the process to installa Custom CA cert for oneview for vcenter i keep getting the following message The certificate is already imported, bad certificate or is in the wrong format. Are there any alternative methods to importing the cert? pkcs12? 

I am not sure what it wrong. I read on another post that you can ssh to the appliance but my admin creds do not work for ssh only the web ui.

Please advise.
