Oneview, G2 PDUs & Power

With EMEA energy prices going through the roof, mgmt are getting twitchy about energy useage and reporting.

We have OV, we have G2 PDU's that show whats etc, but why can't we get this information into OV into the rack designer, assign to a server and have reports on power usage for all the devices that are in the rack?

SNMP polling OID's from the PDU's is time consuming and a bit messy.

Is there any plan to join the dots up when all the information is there?

The Gen2 PDU's have their own management tool to collect the utilization data.  They aren't based on SNMP, rather Redfish.

As for HPE OneView support, we unfortunately do not have any plans to add support for more PDU models at this time.

What tool do the G2's use to collect this utilisation data.  I have been able to connect to the redfish API, but that only seems to contain the point in time metric, not historical data?
