Hello OneView Team,
I'm not sure what the official process is for submitting feature requests, so I’ll share my suggestion here.
I currently manage around 100 DL servers within a single OneView instance, and it becomes difficult to navigate and organize them efficiently. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to categorize or structure servers into folders, organizational units, or custom groups.
The current “Server Hardware” and “Server Profile” views become cumbersome and less useful when managing a large number of servers. Having a grouping or folder structure would greatly improve usability, organization, and overall management efficiency.
Thank you for considering this request. I believe this feature would be valuable for anyone managing larger OneView environments.

SolutionWhat you are likely asking for already exists. It's called Scopes: Scopes | HPE OneView 10.2 User Guide for VMs
Once you are navigating within the UI, you can change the Scope filter to view the resources you need to manage Filter resources by scope | HPE OneView 10.2 User Guide for VMs. You can also change your users Session Permissions to restrict which Scope(s) is(are) Active: Permissions | HPE OneView 10.2 User Guide for VMs

Re: OneView - Organizing Servers into Groups.
Thank you, I was not aware that Scopes can be used just for grouping the objects, my intention was that they are always used for security separation.

Re: OneView - Organizing Servers into Groups.
Another consideration is Labels. From the help:
You can use labels to organize resources into groups. For example, you might want to identify the servers that are used primarily by the Finance team, or identify the storage systems assigned to the Asia/Pacific division.
Resources supporting labels also have filters to allow you to filter by the labels that have been placed on the resource. The global search can be used to search for resources by label.
