OneView remote support not working on BL460c Gen 10 Graphics Exp
So i have a number of blades that are failking to register with Remote support through OneView 6.6
I've only just noticed that all these servers are "BL460c Gen 10 Graphics Exp" Does anyone know if there not supposed to connect to remote support? Which i suspect they don't as they are an expansion. And if thats a case. Is there a way of telling OneView not to try and apply remote support settings on the Expansion blade?
So as an example, I have a blade in bay 7 which is a ProLiant BL460c Gen10 Graphics Exp which on the info tab in the OA has part number of 863442-B21 - which i can see in oneview, but fails to register with Oneview, its also connected to the blade in bay 8 which says its "BL460c Graphics Expansion Blade (Bay 8)" which on the info tab in the OA says its a 873945-B21 - That expansion shows slots shows n/a in the OA front view.
Hopefully that makes sense, i've attached a picture of the chassis from Oneview, and in my example above we talking about the BL460c Gen10 Graphics exp in bay 7 - which also has another expansion blade iun bay 8, but you don't see that in oneview. Please note i blurred out the blade names and the chassis name.
