OneView upgrade path

Hello, 

We currently have OneView 3.1x running and looking to upgrade to 4.x

Reading the release notes, it mentions that to upgrade to 4.00.07 or 4.00.09 you must first upgrade to 4.00.05 or later.

I am not able to find the 4.00.05 download file, only .07 and .09. 

Is there a download for .05 somewhere?

You can use the 4.00.07, not the 4.00.07.02, update Bin to upgrade your appliance. 4.00.05 was pulled due to some upgrade issues that prevented certain upgrade scenarios from successfully completing.

Similar to the original question, I have an 3.10.04 instance that will not allow upgrading to 4.00.07 with the error that it is at a "pre-update version". What path might I use in that case? Thanks.

Just circling back to my upgrade path question. Shouldn't 3.10.04 be able to upgrade to 4.00.07 or is there another piece I'm missing? Was curious before I opened up a case. Thanks.

You should be able to upgrade your appliance from 3.10.04 to 4.00.07.  I would suggest opening a support case if you have not already.
