Open a OneView Support Case.
Is there a special site or process for opening a case on OneView issues? If I use the HPE Support Center it wants a SAR or SAID but that would be for a server correct. If I choose ”Other Software” it still wants either or. I would rather create it online than calling them.
Does anyone know?
Thanks you
Javier

Re: Open a OneView Support Case.
Hello Javier,
Please log a support ticket on one of the server serial numbers on which Oneview is being used to manage the servers and the support team should be able to assist you with the same.
