OV 4.1 firmware upgrade may fail when firmware recovery sets left unattended

OV looks unable to update firmware, when an iLO firmware 'system recovery set' have been left by another account than oneview's.

The only workaround found is to remove manually the system recovery set, using iLO account with all grants, and reapply profile for firmware upgrade (not so good)

One may note that when adding  featuring iLO5, the oneview account is defined without 'recovery set' grants... maybe the root cause ?

Found this issue witth OV 4.10.4, proliant XL270d gen10.

This need to be checked. I would suggest please log HPE support case to look into it.
