OV shows server with failed disk and raid volume as OK

OV shows server with failed disk and raid volume as OK

VMware vCenter shows a warning that health is degraded (Status of other host hardware objects), ILO 5 shows Server Health as critical (Storage Critical). OV shows server as green, no alarm, refresh does not change this. Latest ILO and OV version.

Is this by design, what am I missing?

What does the iLO server health summary show? (not the storage tab).. ..because maybe it is this issue

@DanCernese In my first screenshot you can already see that the health state is error. But here is the detail. Even OV sees the error in "storage" but state is still green. I searched in "activity" if any warning/error regardning this was cleared. but did not find one.
