OVDG ver 2.40 & OV version 6.20. X ::SCMB Offline

all, I deployed multiple OV consoles and OVGD. 
For some reason when I add ov appliance to OVGD i get a msg:   Connection to the message bus timed out.
OVDG ver 2.40 & OV version 6.20. X ::SCMB Offline.
Have anyone seen this problem?

Do you have a firewall between the appliances?  Have you opened a support case?  In certain cases, the SCMB certificate might need to be regenerated.  This can only be done via the REST API, which we have some script options that can be used.
