RBAC on scopes in OV 3.1?

RBAC on scopes in OV 3.1?

I was expecting  to see RBAC on scope in OV 3.1 so that I can assign more granular permissions for AD users and groups at a resource level (server profile, volumes, server hardware, networks etc)

But I don't see it in OV 3.1.

Scope Based Access Control is not available today.  It is on our roadmap.
