Relocating oneview VM

Can the oneview server be shutodwn and migrated to another HyperV host using builtin HyperV migration tools? Matching of course networking settings, vlans etc.?

Yes.  You may be prompted the GUID or UUID when you attempt to import it into a new Hyper-V host.  Just select you are moving the VM and to not generate a new GUID/UUID.
