Query: The new spp cannot apply on hosts by vlcm

I have installed HPE one view and ov4vc in my environment . Also I have DL380 G11 in my cluster . I want to apply P87829_001_gen11spp-2025.09.00.00-Gen11SPP2025090000.2025_0924.13.iso  on my hosts in cluster but I think it cannot work correctly when I choose validate it shows image validation failed but when delete firmware and driver addon the image validation is ok . What is the issue ? Also I have reboot ov4vc and oneview
