vCenter Lifecycle Manager - Hosts Compliance Unknown

We are going throiugh the update process for our hosts and adding in the HPE recommended ESX, Vendor addons and Firmwware. When we finish updating the image on a cluster the hosts come back with an Unknown compliance status.

I have logged a case with vmware and they have come back with the following error from the logs

"host-1748783":{"messages":["Error: Compliance results unavailable for host host-1748783. Reason: Unable to find host in HPE OV."]},"

Anyone came across this before, thanks.

Thanks for the quick response, I am currently using Oneview for vCenter 11.1 and Oneview 7.20 with Synergy hosts.

I am currently trying to use 
ESXi 7.0 Update 3g
Build 20328353
HPE Synergy Server
Customization
703.0.0.10.10.5-17
HPE Synergy Service Pack
SY-2022.11.01 d

Though any combinations the same.

In my test enviormment using same hardware and versions host come back as uncompliant as expected.  I gave another two vcenters added to the same Oneview and these also show as uncompliant. So at a loss as ti why this one doesnt work.

Can you please check the status of that host in OneView. Do you see any errors?

What if you unassign and reassign the profile and check if the issue persists?

If the issue persists, Please log a support case with HPE for further analysis.

Please update to Ov4VC 11.4 as there was fix (relatd server refresh ) added in Ov4VC 11.3 to fix the issue, if the server refresh not completed, it might be possible the server will notbe accessible.
