If i remove the SPP it works perfectly, when i add in the SPP, the image is valid and allows me to start remediation, but fails with the following message.
Running v9.00 of oneview and 11.6 of OV4VC,
Not sure where to go next.

Betreff: Query: VMware LCM and HPE SPP - Failed due to potentially transient reasons
I really hope that HPE decides at some point to disable this support_s bot. This is definitly not a good promotion for HPE AI. It almost ever generates random and not related anwers.

Re: VMware LCM and HPE SPP - Failed due to potentially transient reasons
There is no issue with the combination of OneView and OV4VC chosen by you.
Looks like you have chosen pensando bundle along with your SPP.
Pensando card(s) firmware update is not supported through vLCM.
HPE Custom SPP portal allows you to create an SPP including pensando bundle, however vLCM doesn't support it.
Probably you can try removing pensando bundle from your SPP and re-trigger the remediation.
