Will applying firmware baseline to c7000 downgrade OA and VC firmware

I have 2 c7000's left to import into Oneview (3.10.04).  My existing fw baseline contains VC fw 4.60.  If I upgrade the VC's to 4.62 will they get downgraded to 4.60 when I import the enclosure into OV?

Similar question applies to server profiles.  Will applying a profile to a server downgrade its firmware if the baseline is older than what's on the server?

No.  HPE OneView will never implicitly downgrade firmware.  The Server Administrator has to explicitly select the "Force" option to download firmware when a Baseline is selected.  And if you were trying to migrate an existing VCM configuration to HPE OneView, firmware updating is not an option during that process.
