How to disable Remote support is unable to connect to HPE alert
Primera is a dark site with no plans to connect to HPE InfoSight.
A major alert called "Remote support is unable to connect to HPE" has occurred and cannot be cleared.
Can "Remote support is unable to connect to HPE" be suppressed?

Hi Mahesh,
Yes. When disabled and Setting up the mail server, the following alert will occur.
Remote support is unable to connect to HPE
I would like to prevent this alert from occurring.

IMPORTANT Note:
Disabling this feature (not recommended) will prevent HPE Support from receiving any data from your system and disable HPE remote support access and software downloads to your system. No alert notifications will be sent to HPE when this feature is disabled.
Here's the step-by-step Procedure:
- Login to HPE Primera UI
- On the main menu, got settings
- Click Telemetry --> Support settings.
- Click Configure support
- Under remote support access, choose Do not allow access and click Save.

The question is not how to disable remote support access - that is already known.
The question is how to supress the alert in the web UI "Cannot connect to HPE remote collection server".
We will not be enabling remote support access, but this alert recurrs every ~6 minutes, even after marking it as Acknowledged or Fixed.

I only have an Alletra MP in front of my right now, but it should be the same in that UI. Try this:
Settings --> Telemetry --> Support Settings --> Configure support --> Uncheck "Enable Call Home"

ehubbard did you check meanwhile, is this solution valid also for HPE Primera 600 Storage Array ?
