Unable to create PVC with HPE CSI Driver 2.4

Hi  Team,

We have the OCP cluster deployed with HPE CSI Driver 2.4, where we are unable to deploy the PVC & so does the PV.

OCP Cluster version: 4.13.17

HPE-CSI Driver for Kubernetes--2.4.
