Migrating from w2k3 RAID to SA6402/128?

please don't say reinstall - what is the quickest, most effective way to move all their data to a better hardware RAID?

C - Raid1 - 36gb
D - Raid5 - 200GB

I am thinking:
Backup the server to tape (with all services stopped)
Ghost the C drive to a gho file (18GB or so)
install Raid
Ghost the C drive back down
Restore from Tape, recreate shares on the D.

Anyone have a better method?

ML370 - Onboard Ultra320 controller - NO RAID CARD.

Using W2k3 s/w raid as stated in the subject.
