Hello everyone,
I need to deploy a new DL380 Gen11 node in an existing 5.2 federation. During deployment, there is the error “DeployStatus(status:ERROR, detail:ERR_DPLY_TIMEOUT_WAITING_FOR_PHASE, message:Step 36 of 43: Time out occurred while waiting for phase - Deploy phase 2 complete - last status: Starting RAID volume configuration)”. I also tested the factory restet with the image to restart a new deployment, same error.
The new omnistack vm deployed carries the HPE SR932i-p Gen11 card in passthrought mode and well detected by Vmware. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot,
Julian,

Re: Deploy error step 36 of 43 : Starting RAID volume configuration
Hi Julian!
It would be best to open a case and include the /root/firstboot logs. If you examine the SR932i controller status in iLO, what do you see (please take a screenshot)? Please let me know the case number so I can follow along.
Cheers!
/Kipp
