Deployement failed ERROR: step 37 of 42: ERR_DPLY_CONNECTING_TO_VC
My test deployed a host, but the error occurred at Step 37 where the VCenter console showed "Simplivity OmniCube Accelerator Unresponsive", And The server hardware acceleration card alarms , The cause of the problem is not a hardware acceleration card problem, resulting in a service cannot be started. Help to analyze the reason.

Re: Deployement failed ERROR: step 37 of 42: ERR_DPLY_CONNECTING_TO_VC
Hello @Frank-liu
Thank you for using HPE Simplivity Forums.
Just to be clear, if you actually received an alert saying the Accelerator card was unresponsive you need to check if that is the case as this won't let the deployment to finish. You can check the LEDs in the back of the server and see if the card is showing a Green or Red LED.
I would suggest also checking logs with support team to determine if the Accelerator card is not responding or if it can be restored to normal operation.
