DNS Requirement for HPE SIMPLIVITY

Hi

i want to shutdown HPE SIMPLIVITY cluster for maintanactce.  we moved vcenter and dns server to hp cluster.

what is procedure for power on HPE Simplivity( dns server is in HPE cluster STORAGE)

will hpe simplivity start without dns resolution?

For your reference, I'm including a link to a document on how to properly shutdown a Simplivity host.

Once the maintenance window is over and after exiting maintenance mode turn on the OmniStack controller and wait until it is completely up and has reclaimed its IPs. Once this is complete, simply turn back on your DNS and vCenter server using the vSphere Web Client for that particular host.
