Hello Kipp,
Is there any news (approval) about ESXi update 8.0U3se? In this update three CVE's are fixed (CVE-2025-41226,CVE-2025-41227,CVE-2025-41228). The update depot zip (VMware-ESXi-8.0U3e-24674464-depot.zip) comes with two profiles: ESXi-8.0U3e-24674464-standard and ESXi-8.0U3se-24659227-standard where the last is 'security only'. Is it safe to deploy the 'se' variant?
Kind regards,
Erwin

Re: ESXi (security) patch 8.0U3se
Good day Erwin!
We have a plan to release the SimpliVity Custom bundle for ESXi 8.0 U3e in early July. My recommendation is to use this bundle and not the "se". If you cannot wait for the SimpliVity Custom Bundle, you can source the patch from Broadcom and apply the patch via esxcli.
Cheers!
/Kipp
