hello~
An esxi certificate warning message occurred in simplivity.
I checked the esxi certificate validity period status on each node as expiry imminent.
The expiration date is 2025.05.15, but the status is expiry imminent, which is strange.
I don't know if clicking Renew on the esxi certificate screen will solve it.
And I don't know what effect it will have on simplivity.
If you have a similar experience, please give me some advice.
thank you~~

Solution
Good day,
Thank you for allowing me time to review your query and provide some feedback. Please let me know if you have any further questions after reviewing the following.
[I don't know if clicking Renew on the esxi certificate screen will solve it.] - It will as you can see with the explanations below with the provided Broadcom Knowledge Article/Postings:
Broadcom - Posting and Knowledge Articles:
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/392775/esxi-host-certificate-status-alarm.html
How to renew/Refresh Certificates:
https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/vsphere/vsphere/7-0/vsphere-security-7-0/securing-esxi-hosts/certificate-management-for-esxi-hosts/renew-esxi-certificates.html
"By default, vCenter Server renews the certificates of a host with status Expired, Expiration imminent, or Expiring shortly, each time the host is added to the inventory, or reconnected.
1 - Browse to the host in the vSphere Client inventory.
2 - Click Configure.
3 - Under System, click Certificate.
You can view detailed information about the selected host's certificate.
4 - Click Renew or Refresh CA Certificates.
Option Description
Renew Retrieves a fresh signed certificate for the host from VMCA.
Refresh CA Certificates Pushes all certificates in the TRUSTED_ROOTS store in the vCenter Server VECS store to the host.
5 - Click Yes to confirm."
[I don't know what effect it will have on simplivity. ]
Simplivity should have minimum impact. However, if should anything happen we would be here to support.
For vSphere Upgrade information via SimpliVity here is a guide for you:

As well as an Interoperability guide for when the time comes:
