HPE Simplivity 380 gen10 plus configuration restrictions

Hello

I am truyng to configure in OCA "Simplivity 380 gen10 plus" with "intel xeon-gold 6326 2.9Ghz 16-core 185W" cpu and "HPE SimpliVity 380G 3.84TB 12SSD" storage kit, but OCA says that "Higher core count CPU/Processor is Required".

is this an OCA bug? or this is real limitation?
