HPE Simplivity VMware Issues
Since we cant use Flash anymore we have to use HTML 5 to log into our VCenter ... only issue is we lost all our Simplivity actions menus to move VM ... search backups ... resize datasto re ... etc ...
Anyone have the same issue ? And is there a workaround ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: HPE Simplivity VMware Issues
linsChaho,
Resolution to the missing HTML actions in the SimpliVity GUI menu is to upgrade the systems to OmniStack release 3.7.10, where all SimpliVity actions are present in the HTML UI.
The workaround when running OmniStack releases prior to 3.7.10 is to use the Command Line Interface (CLI) to perform tasks such as svt-vm-move, svt-backup-show, and svt-datastore-resize.
Here is a link to a Command LIne Reference Guide for release 3.7.9.

Most of these commands are available in previous releases as well.

Re: HPE Simplivity VMware Issues
Hello @linsChaho
What version of HPE Simplivity Software are you running in your federation? Some menu options were not available in older HTML version of the plugin.

Re: HPE Simplivity VMware Issues
We have to deal with the issue as well as some of our clients systems are on ESXI 6.5.
Short of upgrading your SimpliVity version, you can get and install Flash into a client machine (we use a VM for this). We had to disable Windows updates from removing Flash. This is a royal pain but, we aren't comfortable to do the SimpliVity upgrade across this six node federation, just yet.
