There are some tool to verify that the state of the SVTFS service is active (running) on Hpe Simplivity?

There are no specific tools I am aware of. Have you checked under vsphere/Services?

You will have to Putty to OVC Command Line Interface to check the status of the SVTFS service is active (running)
you may run the below-mentioned command.

systemctl status svtfs@0 ---> to check the status.
