Moved Omnistack 3.7.x to new location. Need help to re-IP.

I have moved one of my Simplivity Cubes to a different location b/c we had another one fail.

I just started here and I have 2 issues.  I don't have the root pw for the Omnistack, but I do have the svtcli pw and can login to the vmware console.  How can I re-IP this Cube??

Daryl,

I got your email and can help you get signed up for hpe support.  use svtcli then when you get in run sudo su  to get to root. You should be able to use the sign-in creds for vCenter to sign in to the OVC as well. Email me at info erased and we can take your support problem offline and to the right people to get you signed up.

Considering the current situation where you already have one of the Simplivity Cubes that is failed, I would suggest you log a support ticket to get it resolved.

Thanks for the replies.  I'm able to get root access now.

Let me know if this sounds right...

I had a cube in a 2 cube cluster fail.  On the failed cube was my vcenter server along with another production server.  On my good cube, how can I get access to the vmware folders/files on the datastore so I can power them on??  I can't open those folders at all, but they are listed under datastore on my running esxi host.

I don't have a support contract and the support portal doesn't know what simplivity is.

How do I get started entering a support ticket for this problem?
