New SimpliVity Firmware SVTSP-2024_0131

**NEWS FLASH**  HPE SimpliVity - New Release of OmniStack Firmware Version 2024_0131 (SVTSP-2024_0131), has been released.

There is also an updated Interop Guide with support for VCSA 7.0 U3p

 End of 2023 came and went without any announcement.
